Abstract
This article analyzes the role of language as a means of global communication in the process of globalization. As economic, political, and cultural integration intensifies in the modern world, language manifests itself as the main means of ensuring communication between people, societies, and states. The article highlights the formation of the English language as a language of international communication and its significance in education, business, and technology. Issues of preservation, development, and linguistic diversity of national languages in the context of globalization will also be discussed. The research results show that language serves not only as a means of communication, but also as an important factor in the development of intercultural communication.
