Abstract

This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of approaches to developing mental stability and assessing psychological factors in handball players during training. The study highlights the importance of determining athletes’ level of psychological readiness, developing stress resistance, motivation, and concentration skills, as well as the effectiveness of using pedagogical control and innovative psychological methods in the training process. The article materials can serve as methodological recommendations for coaches and sports psychologists.
