Abstract
In modern economic conditions, the use of digital technologies has become one of the key factors in improving the efficiency of business process management in service enterprises. The rapid development of information and communication technologies requires companies to optimize management systems, automate work processes, and effectively use available resources. This study analyzes the role of digital technologies in improving business process efficiency in service enterprises. The research considers the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), cloud computing, and data analytics systems in enterprise management. The results show that the implementation of digital technologies helps to reduce operational costs, increase labor productivity, improve decision-making speed, and enhance the competitiveness of service enterprises. The study also highlights the importance of digital transformation in ensuring sustainable development and effective management of modern service organizations.
