Abstract

This article examines the formation of an assessment system for the Digital Economy
Development Index. Based on international experience, the scale of the digital economy for 2023
has been calculated, and an evaluation framework for assessing the level of digital economy
development in the Republic of Uzbekistan has been developed. Conclusions and recommendations
have also been formulated.
