Abstract
This article provides a scientific-theoretical and practical analysis of a system of pedagogical and psychological activities aimed at shaping students’ spiritual and moral outlook and enhancing their social activity. The study reveals the psychological mechanisms that foster students’ awareness of their social significance, their sense of belonging to society, and their readiness for socially useful activities. Particular attention is given to the interaction of emotional, cognitive, and moral components of altruistic behavior, as well as the role of social factors in strengthening social adaptation and civic engagement. The findings demonstrate that a systematic approach to spiritual and moral education within the educational environment significantly contributes to the development of students’ sense of social usefulness and responsibility.
