Abstract
The rapid digitalization of higher education has intensified the search for instructional models capable of combining pedagogical effectiveness with technological flexibility. One of the most promising approaches is blended learning, which integrates face-to-face instruction with digital educational environments into a unified learning ecosystem. This paper reinterprets the role of blended learning not merely as a combination of traditional and online formats but as a comprehensive pedagogical strategy aimed at enhancing educational quality, learner autonomy, and institutional adaptability. Particular attention is given to the integration of Moodle-based learning environments into graduate education and their impact on student engagement, academic achievement, and competency development.
