Abstract

In this article, the problem of “professional burnout” and fatigue among teachers is analyzed based on modern pedagogical and psychological approaches. The study examines the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon of professional burnout, its main factors influencing pedagogical activity, as well as aspects related to the psycho-emotional state of teachers based on scientific literature. Individual and institutional factors causing professional fatigue are also analyzed, and preventive strategies aimed at their prevention are highlighted. The research results show that the preservation of professional health of teachers, the development of stress management skills, and the creation of a supportive environment in educational institutions are important in reducing the risk of occupational burns. The article serves to develop scientific and practical recommendations aimed at ensuring psychological stability in the activities of teachers.
