Abstract
This study explores the role of integrated digital banking services and green financing in enhancing financial inclusion in Uzbekistan. Despite significant progress in both sectors, their combined impact remains underexplored. The research aims to fill this gap by analysing how digital banking platforms can support green financing initiatives, especially in underserved areas. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining qualitative interviews with industry stakeholders and quantitative data analysis from reports and surveys. The findings reveal that while digital banking has expanded financial access, challenges such as cybersecurity risks and the digital divide persist. Green financing, though emerging, faces barriers such as regulatory gaps and a lack of awareness. The study concludes that integrating digital banking with green financing can accelerate financial inclusion and sustainable economic development in Uzbekistan. Recommendations include enhancing digital literacy, improving regulatory frameworks, and investing in digital infrastructure to support green finance.
