Abstract

The article presents the results of emergency treatment of abdominal diseases in 344 children. Diagnostic criteria and therapeutic tactics for various acute surgical diseases occurring in the abdominal cavity are presented. 287 patients underwent surgical interventions. Most operations were performed using minimally invasive laparoscopic methods. There were no complications during or after surgery.
